Terms of Service

Subject of the Agreement
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the relationship between the administration of sex-prague.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and users (hereinafter referred to as "User") regarding the use of the Platform as an advertising and information resource.
Use of the Platform signifies the User's full and unconditional acceptance of all points of these Terms.
User Requirements
The Platform is intended exclusively for individuals who have reached the age of majority (18 years and older) in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction. The User confirms that they have reached the specified age and have the right to use the Platform's services.
The User bears full responsibility for complying with all local laws and regulations applicable to their activities on and off the Platform.
Advertising Platform
The Platform is exclusively an advertising directory. We provide a space for placing advertisements and information about individuals and agencies offering escort services. We are not an escort agency, do not provide escort services, and do not participate in financial transactions between Users and advertisers.
The Platform administration is not responsible for the content of advertisements, the quality of services provided by advertisers, or for any actions or inactions of advertisers.
Prohibited Actions
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Posting materials that violate the laws of the Czech Republic or international law.
- Using the Platform to organize or facilitate human trafficking, child pornography, or any other illegal activities.
- Publishing false, misleading, or defamatory information.
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." The administration makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or reliability of the information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Administration is exempt from liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
Changes to the Terms
The Administration reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes signifies your agreement to the updated Terms.
